Having full confidence in your rifle when taking a shot, whether it be on a shooting range or in the field while hunting, is probably the most important fact of accurate shooting. This can only be achieved if you can constantly hit the same mark over and over again. If the rifle shoots true with a proper developed load, you have won 90% of the battle. Shooter errors can be overcome, but a rifle that does not shoot accurate will ruin every shot and break down your self-confidence.

Situated in the breathtaking views of the Breede Valley district in the Western Cape I have through years of shooting, hunting, reloading and load development, achieved the perfect method, together with computer assisted programs to develop the perfect round for any long-range and hunting rifle.

Together with this, I make use of the latest technology and equipment for measuring bullet speed. Making use of Doppler radar technology (Labradar) the true muzzle velocities are used for calibration of the burning rates, heats and expansion of the powder within the specific rifle and components used.

No two rifles are ever the same and should be handled in such a manner that the most accurate round be developed for the specific rifle and components used. In some rare cases a developed load might perform well in another rifle of the same make and model, however, developed rounds should only be used for the intended rifle.

Clients have visited from far and wide for load development assistance. I offer two options with regards to load development namely an online load development should you not be able to visit me in person, and a personal one-on-one session where we get together and do the load development.

As reloading is expensive and can be time consuming, I strive to get to the perfect node, grouping and accuracy with the least amount of bullets and time used.
